Dr. Campbell is a native of Layton, Utah. He graduated from Weber State University & subsequently earned his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) degree at Des Moines University in 2010. While in Des Moines he was accepted into the dual degree program and earned a Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration. Dr. Campbell completed a three-year foot and ankle surgical residency at Texas A&M Health Sciences Center in Temple, Texas. His training in Texas focused on adult reconstruction of the foot and ankle, trauma, pediatrics, diabetic wound care, limb salvage and sports injuries.
During his residency, Dr. Campbell participated in research projects, published manuscripts, and along with Dr. Frost was recognized nationally for their research in foot and ankle trauma. He was privileged to learn from some of the most recognized names in the field including: Naohiro Shibuya DPM, MS, Javier LaFontaine DPM, Lawrence Lavery DPM, Robert Probe MD, & Scott Munroe MD.
He specializes in foot and ankle reconstruction, ankle arthroscopy, pediatrics, wound care, and foot and ankle injuries. He enjoys spending time with his wife and four children, participating in golf, skiing, mountain biking, traveling, and woodturning.

Dr. Frost grew up along the Wasatch Front. He attended Weber State University and studied microbiology. Following undergraduate school, he earned his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) degree at Des Moines University in Iowa. While in medical school, Dr. Frost was accepted as a dual degree student and earned a Master’s degree in Health Care Administration (MHA). Dr. Frost completed a 3-year comprehensive surgical residency in reconstructive foot and ankle surgery at Texas A&M Health Science Center/Scott & White Memorial Hospital in Temple, Texas.
While in residency, Dr. Frost had the unique opportunity to train at McLane Children's Hospital where he recieved extensive training in pediatric foot and ankle pathology. During residency, Dr. Frost also participated in research projects, published manuscripts, and along with Dr. Campbell was recognized nationally for their research in foot and ankle trauma.
Dr. Frost specializes in surgical and non-surgical treatment of foot and ankle disorders. He is trained in complex reconstruction of the foot and ankle, arthroscopy, wound care, limb salvage, sports injuries, and pediatric foot deformities.
Dr. Frost enjoys spending time with his wife and four children. He also enjoys snow skiing, water skiing, wakeboarding, long boarding, running, golfing, playing soccer, and watching college football.
Dr Lorell Fawson has 33 years of experience in the Practice of Podiatry.He attended Weber State University and graduated with a BS in Chemistry. He furthered his medical education at the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine and completed his residency at Cleveland Foot Clinic/Hospitals.
Dr Fawson is currently Board Certified with the American Board of Podiatry Surgery. He has been a member of the American Podiatric Medical association for the duration of his practice and he has served on the Utah Podiatric Medicine Association Board of Directors. He served as chairman of Utah Podiatric Medical Association Peer Review Committee for several years. He also served as chairman of the Department of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery at McKay Dee Hospital.
He has been a lifelong scouter and was awarded the Weber View District Award of Merit.He is married to Talana Fawson. They are the proud parents of 3 children and 11 grandchildren.Dr Fawson resides in North Ogden. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his family and working on his farm.
Dr. Murrah is a native to the Ogden area and attended local area schools. She attended Weber State University and graduated with a BS in Microbiology in 1998. She furthered her medical education at Des Moines University in Des Moines, Iowa. She received her Masters in Health Care Administration in 2000, Masters in Public Health in 2001, and her Doctorate in Podiatric Medicine in 2002. She also obtained a Masters in Business Administration and PhD in Medical Management from California Coast University in 2004. She completed a three year foot and ankle surgical residency at the Houston Podiatric Foundation in Houston Texas in 2005.
She has been practicing at the Foot Care Clinic in Ogden since 2005 and specializes in non-surgical care of the foot and ankle. Dr. Murrah is Board Certified in Diabetic Foot Care by the American Board of Multiple Specialties in Podiatry. Dr. Murrah also speaks Spanish and is accepting new patients. She currently resides in the Ogden area with her husband and three children. They are expecting their fourth child in July 2013.
